A full day's board is charged for the days of arrival AND departure to allow for essential disinfecting and preparation of the pens, chalets and covered exercise areas.
Owners collecting their cats before the end of the period for which their cat was booked will be charged in full.
A minimum charge of five days' board will be made at Easter, Christmas and New Year.
Boarding fees are payable in full at the time of collection.
Long term boarding accounts (i.e. over 28 days) are payable monthly in advance. |

First- time bookings |
For new customers only, we ask for a booking fee of £10.00 per cat. This will be deducted from your account. For second and subsequent bookings, no booking fee will be necessary, but the cancellation policy still applies.
We know that caring cat owners will want to inspect our cattery. To ensure peace of mind we encourage you to visit us during opening hours before making your first booking.
Cats have an uncanny knack of going missing shortly after the cat basket is brought out, so please do not let the cat out on your departure date. |

In the event of you having to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply: |

Non collection of a cat: Timbers Boarding Cattery reserves the right to take any action deemed fit with respect to your pet in the event of non-collection or contact by the owner after 14 days from the due date of collection. |
